Tata Power has commissioned its 44 MW Lahori wind farm project which is located in Shajanpur district of Madhya Pradesh.

The company has said in a press release that it has developed this project through its 100 percent subsidiary, Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL).

According to the company, Tata Power’s total installed capacity with this addition, stands at 9,183 MW, besides 2 million customers it serves through retail power distribution.

The 44 MW Lahori wind farm project aims to generate about 84 million units (MUs) per year.
