A division of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Pantaloons has signed an exclusive deal for selling British women wear brand Izabel London in India.
The company has said in a statement that the agreement marks the foray of the UK high street brand into the country across 145 Pantaloons stores.
Shital Mehta, Pantaloons CEO has said that “Our intent behind introducing ‘Izabel London’ to our women consumers is to create exciting moments for them to shop at our Pantaloons stores.”
She further said that the women’s wear segment is growing rapidly and contributes to a very large part of the overall business share.
