Indiabulls Real Estate has raised Rs 75 crore by issuing non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis.
The company, earlier this month, announced that it proposes to raise up to Rs 200 crore through issue of NCDs on private placement basis.
Indiabulls Real Estate has informed in a BSE filing that the “company has allotted NCDs aggregating Rs 75 crore.”
The company earlier this year, had raised over Rs 400 crore through this route.
