HDFC Mutual Fund has increased its shareholding in the staffing firm Teamlease Services by 2.2 percent which is nearly 9 percent, through purchase of shares via open market.
As on May 26, 2016, the aggregate holding of HDFC Mutual Fund in Teamlease Services was at 6.79 percent of the paid up equity share capital.
HDFC Asset Management Company has said in a regulatory filing that “… there has been an increase in the shareholding of the company by the schemes of HDFC Mutual Fund by 2.20 percent as of August 10, 2016.”
