Strides Shasun has got the US health regulator’s approval for Polythylene Elycol 3350 that is used in treating constipation.
Strides Shasun has said in a BSE filing that “It has received approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for Polyethylene Glycol 3350, powder for solution 17 grams/capful and 17 grams/packet (OTC).”
The company has said that it will be manufacturing the product at its Banglore plant and launch the product in the fourth quarter of this fiscal.
