Paytm has acquired an education start-up Edukart which is backed by cricketer Yuvraj Singh.
As per media reports, around 50 employees of Edukart have joined Paytm across different verticals.
The deal has no cash consideration as the deal is more for acquiring the skills and expertise of the employees.
The contains an employment contract.
