Tata Consultancy Services CEO and Managing Director, Natarajan Chandrasekaran has been appointed as the Chairman of Tata Sons.

According to a statement from Tata Sons, a selection panel has unanimously recommended Chandrasekaran as the chairman, “Chandrasekar has displayed exemplary leadership as TCS CEO and MD.”

The new chairman will be taking charge from February 21.
