Indiabulls Housing Finance has raised Rs 225 crore through issuing debt bonds on a private placement basis.

The company has said in a BSE filing that “It has allotted its 21st tranche of secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures aggregating to Rs 225 crore.”

The bonds coupon rate is 8.37 percent per annum.
