Muthoot Microfin, a subsidiary of gold loan player Muthoot Fincorp, plans for an IPO in 2019.
As per the company, it is preparing itself for IPO to support expansion of its microfinance business.
Further it stated, as a part of the IPO, the MFI also plans to divest some equity to a PE player and to raise USD50 million.
