Association of Mutual Funds in India or AMFI appoints NS Venkatesh as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective from October 23.
The post was not replaced by anyone after CVR Rajendran exited from his position in December 2016.
Venkatesh was the Executive Director at Lakshmi Vilas Bank before he joined AMFI.
