Infosys will open its Rs.13,000 crore share buyback offer on November 30 and end it on December 14.
This, is the first time in the 36 years of companies history that, Infosys will be buying back over 11.30 crore shares at a price of Rs.1,150 per share.
Moreover, the share buyback generally improves the earnings per share and return the surplus cash to shareholders and also support the share price during a period of low market.
