Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius sold more than 3.5 crore shares of L&T Finance Holdings, financial services arm of L&T through an open market transaction, for around Rs.637 crore.

As per the bulk deal data available with the NSE, Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius Pvt Ltd sold a total of 3,51,03,103 shares of L&T Finance, amounting to 1.92% stake, of the company.

Moreover, the shares were sold at an average price of Rs.181.51,  making the total value of transaction approx Rs.637.15 crore.
