Azim Premji Trust, together with other promoter entities sold 2.73% stake in Wipro, in the recently ended buyback offer for over approx Rs.5,700 crore.
In the buyback offer which ended on December 13, Azim Premji Trust together with 9 other promoter entities who were persons acting in concert (PAC) sold slightly more than 17.96 crore shares.
Furthermore, as per Wipro’s regulatory filing, Azim Premji Trust and PAC sold 17,96,69,656 shares at Rs.320 per shares. The price for the buyback was fixed at Rs.320 per share.
