Torrent Power has bagged 124.4 MW project from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MSEDCL).

The company was declared as the winner in the reverse e-auction process for setting up of 124.4 MW project, which was held by Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company on March 6, for purchase of power for long term basis from 500 MW grid connected with wind power projects.

Further, the project will be developed in Maharashtra and it shall be commissioned within 18 months from the date of execution of the PPA.
