Take Solutions’ subsidiary has sold entire stake in the step down arm based in Muscat.

On March 28, the company informed exchanges that its wholly owned subsidiary Take Solutions Global Holding Pte, Singapore has sold entire 51% stake in, Towell Take Investments LLC, Muscat the step down subsidiary.

Furthermore, the stake was sold by Take Solutions for USD 2 million.
