Adani Power Ltd has raised Rs 1,236.52 crore through issuing 38 crore convertible warrants.
Adani Power has said in a BSE filing that “The management committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 25, 2016 has issued and alloted 38,00,00,000 convertible warrants at a price of Rs 32.54 per warrant.”
