United Breweries Holdings Ltd (UBHL) has appointed Ajay Kumar Vijay as its Chief Financial Officer with effect from April 20.

UBHL has said in a BSE filing that “Based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 20, 2016 have approved the appointment of Ajay Kumar Vijay as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company with effect from April 20, 2016.”

Earlier President and CFO of UBHL, Ravi Nedungadi had stepped down last month after reaching prescribed retirement age.
