Alembic Pharmaceuticals Ltd stock price rose 3% in early trading on 30 April following the establishment inspection report (EIR) for its Panelav-based oncology formulation facility.

The US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) conducted an inspection at the indicated location between 7-8 October 2024.

In its regulatory filing, the company said, “Alembic Pharam has received an Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) from the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for the inspection carried out by them at our oncology formulation facility injectable and oral solid) (F-2) at Panelav from 7 October, 2024 to 8 October, 2024.”

On 26 April, the company opened a new formulation production facility in Pithampur, District Dhar, Madhya Pradesh.

On 6 May 2025, the company’s board of directors will meet to evaluate audited financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ending 31 March 2025 and to recommend any dividends on equity shares for the fiscal year ending 31 March 2025.

In March, the USFDA completed an examination of the company’s API-III plant in Karakhadi, finding no Form 483 observations.

At 11:28 am, the shares of Alembic Pharma were trading 1.63% higher at Rs 894.20 on NSE.
