Around 0.72 per cent, the benchmark NIFTY is quoting at 17751.05. The Sensex is at 59498.02, up 0.79 per cent. In August, Alkem Laboratories Ltd gained around 6.63 per cent. Recently, the stock has stood at 12696.3, down 0.2 per cent. The company’s volume in the stock stood at 1.22 lakh shares compared with the daily average of 1.74 lakh shares in the last month.

In September, the futures contract for the stock was quoted at Rs 3154.35, up 1.62 per cent, today. In 2021, Alkem Laboratories Ltd fell 16.88 per cent compared to a 2.2 per cent jump in NIFTY and an 11.58 per cent jump in the Nifty Metal index. As on June 2022, the private equity of the stock is 30.61 based on TTM.

Earlier few months (May 2022), Meanwhile Nifty Metal index, of which Alkem Laboratories Ltd is a constituent, dropped around 6.35 per cent in April 2022 and is currently quoting at 12671.15, down 0.52 per cent on the day.
