Allahabad Bank has merged its wholly-owned subsidiary AIIBank Finance with itself.
The Board of Directors have given their approval to the merger.
Allahabad Bank has said in a regulatory filing that “The Board of Directors of the bank in its meeting, accorded in-principle approval for merger of its wholly owned subsidiary AIIBank Finance with the bank.”
It added that the merger is subjected to other regulatory approvals.
