Amazon, the e-commerce major has announced the launch of two new fulfilment centres in Tamil Nadu for making faster deliveries to customers during the upcoming festive season.
The company has said in a statement that “Spread across two lakh square foot in Chennai and Coimbatore, the fulfilment centres are aimed at empowering small and medium businesses to reach a wider customer base.”
It further said that “These fulfilment centres will further enable Amazon to support deliveries under the recently launched Prime programme and offer faster delivery.”
