Amber Enterprises to Invest Rs 6,785 Cr Near Jewar; Shares Flat

Shares of Amber Enterprises India Ltd are trading flat after touching a day’s high of Rs 6,149 on 20th January. This is despite the company announcing that it has been allotted 100 acres of land by Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA). The land is for a new manufacturing facility near Jewar Airport.

The land allotment, made on 18th January, 2026, is located in Sector 8 of YEIDA.

Separately, Ascent-K Circuit Private Ltd is a subsidiary of IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Ltd and a material subsidiary of Amber Enterprises. It has been allotted 16 acres of land in Sector 10 by YEIDA to set up another manufacturing unit near Jewar Airport.

The total investment planned for the two facilities stands at Rs 6,785 crore. It will be carried out in phases under the investment scheme. Moreover, the projects are expected to create direct employment for over 3,000 people over time.

According to the company’s exchange filing, the new units will expand the group’s manufacturing capacity. They will also support localisation of key components under the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative and strengthen domestic manufacturing.

At 12:43 PM, shares of Amber Enterprises were trading 0.16% lower at Rs 6,070.50 on NSE.
