Shares of Anant Raj Ltd soared 3% on Tuesday, 18 February, after the company announced signing an agreement with CSC Data Services India to promote different products.
Anant Raj Cloud (ARC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anant Raj, has signed an agreement with CSC Data Services India (CDSIL) to jointly offer and promote the Rack Rental Business (Co-location Data Center) and Cloud Services to government departments and private organizations.
This strategic partnership aims to establish a strong technical and business collaboration for sovereign Data Centre and Cloud Services. ARC will provide technical, technological, and marketing support to CDSIL while also assisting in implementing Data Centre Services and Disaster Recovery Solutions.
In its December quarter results, the company reported a 53.58% increase in net profit to Rs 110.32 crore, while revenue grew 36.29% year-on-year to Rs 534.64 crore.
The stock reached a 52-week high of Rs 947.25 on 8 January 2025 and a 52-week low of Rs 281.15 on 14 March 2024.
Anant Raj is a multifaceted real estate company engaged in the development of IT parks, hospitality ventures, data centres, office spaces, shopping malls, and residential projects across India. The company has a significant footprint in Delhi, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, and various locations within the NCR region.
