Arisaig India Fund has lowered its stake in Marico by 0.54 percent through selling 70 lakh shares for Rs 171.84 crore via an open market transaction.
On March 17, according to its filing in BSE, Arisaig India Fund has sold 70 lakh shares that represents 0.54 percent in Marico.
Moreover, based on the weighted average price of the stock on March 17, at Rs 245.49 per share, Airsaig India Fund’s stake sale would be for Rs 171.84 crore.
