Arivihan in Talks to Raise Rs 96 Crore at Rs 570 Crore Valuation

Arivihan
Arivihan is expected to use the new capital to strengthen its technology platform and expand its operations.

AI-powered edtech startup Arivihan is in talks to raise around Rs 96 crore in a fresh funding round at a valuation of nearly Rs 570 crore.Β

The proposed fundraise comes less than a year after the company raised its previous round, highlighting continued investor interest in AI-led education platforms.

Arivihan is expected to use the new capital to strengthen its technology platform and expand its operations. The Indore-based startup provides personalised learning support to students through an AI-powered tutoring platform. Its offering focuses on K-12 education and competitive examinations, with learning content available in multiple Indian languages.

The company was previously in discussions to raise $10-12 million from existing investors Accel and Prosus. The talks reflected growing interest among venture capital firms in AI-first edtech businesses, even as the broader education technology sector continues to recover from its earlier funding slowdown.

Arivihan had earlier raised around $4.17 million in July 2025 in a round involving Accel, Prosus Ventures, GSF India and NextUnicorn.Fund. Its total disclosed funding before the latest proposed round was around $4.9 million, according to startup databases.

The latest funding discussions also come as investors increasingly focus on AI-based learning models that can personalise education while keeping costs relatively low. Arivihan’s platform uses AI to adapt learning to individual students and provides tutoring and interactive educational content.

If completed, the Rs 96 crore round would provide Arivihan with significantly more capital to scale its product, strengthen its presence in India’s smaller cities and expand its AI-based learning ecosystem.

The proposed Rs 570 crore valuation would also mark a substantial step up in the company’s valuation as it seeks to build a larger position in India’s AI-led edtech market.
