Shares of Arkade Developers turned green on 16 February after the company announced that it has taken a significant step in strengthening its footprint in Mumbai’s real estate market by securing a major redevelopment project in the city.

The company has officially registered a Development Agreement for the cluster redevelopment of Shree Rani Sati Nagar Co-operative Housing Society Limited, located on SV Road in Malad West, Northern Mumbai. This strategic move reinforces Arkade Developers’ focus on transforming established residential pockets into modern urban communities.

Arkade Developers estimates the project’s Gross Development Value (GDV) at approximately Rs 700 crore, highlighting the scale and commercial potential of the redevelopment.

The project covers a total plot area of around 6,553 square metres. Under the redevelopment plan, the company will provide existing society members with modern residential units designed to meet contemporary urban living standards. The upgraded development will include improved infrastructure and a range of lifestyle amenities aimed at enhancing overall living quality.

By focusing on cluster redevelopment, Arkade Developers aims to unlock value in densely populated areas while contributing to Mumbai’s broader urban renewal efforts.

Arkade Developers has completed 31 projects to date, demonstrating consistent execution capability in the competitive Mumbai real estate market.

On the financial front, the company reported net sales of Rs 196.73 crore in the third quarter, marking a 12.42% decline compared to Rs 224.62 crore in December 2024. Quarterly net profit fell 19.56% to Rs 40.29 crore from Rs 50.08 crore in the corresponding period. EBITDA also declined 17.12%, dropping from Rs 67.75 crore in December 2024 to Rs 56.15 crore in December 2025.

Despite the recent dip in quarterly performance, the newly secured Rs 700 crore redevelopment project positions Arkade Developers for long-term growth and strengthens its development pipeline in Mumbai’s key micro-markets.

At 3:30 pm, the shares of Arkade Developers closed 0.02% higher at Rs 121.30 on NSE.
