Shares of Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd fell 1.5% after touching a day’s high of Rs 541.70 on 11th March, despite the company announcing that it has acquired a new residential high-rise project in Whitefield, Bengaluru, with an estimated top-line potential of about Rs 330 crore.

The project is located in Nagondanahalli, Whitefield, spanning 2.08 acres. It offers a total estimated saleable area of about 2.5 lakh sq. ft. The company said the project has been acquired outright.

The acquisition follows another high-rise residential project signed on Sarjapur Road in February 2026. This further strengthens Arvind SmartSpaces’ presence in Bengaluru’s housing market.

Managing Director and CEO Priyansh Kapoor said FY26 continues to be a strong year for the company’s vertical development portfolio. The latest addition becomes its third high-rise project in Bengaluru this year.

With this project, the company’s total new business development potential for FY26 has reached about Rs 2,840 crore. Three Bengaluru projects contribute nearly Rs 1,740 crore.

Kapoor added that the Arvind brand continues to attract both homebuyers and landowners. The company plans to add more projects across Ahmedabad, Bengaluru and MMR.

The new project will be the company’s 11th high-rise development in Bengaluru. Arvind SmartSpaces entered the city in 2013 and has since launched 15 projects. Six have been delivered and nine are currently under development.

At 12:21 PM, shares of Arvind SmartSpaces were trading 1.40% lower at Rs 523.50 on the NSE.
