Bank of India has allotted 2 crore shares valued at Rs 264.12 crore to LIC.
It said in a regulatory filing that “The bank has allotted 2 crore equity shares to Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) on preferential basis at the price of Rs 132.06 per share.”
It further said that the allotment of shares was done yesterday.
