BLS International Services Shares Hit 52-Week High on Securing Indian Mission Contract in Canada

iDATA is a prominent player in Turkey and specialises in visa and consular services.

Shares of BLS International Services hit a 52-week high of Rs 318.40 on 12 December after the company announced securing a contract from the Indian mission in Canada.

In its regulator filing, the company said, “The company has been awarded the contract for outsourcing consular, passport, and visa services by the High Commission of India (HCI) in Canada. This contract encompasses operations at HCI in Ottawa and Consulate Generals of India (CGIs) in Toronto and Vancouver.”

As a part of the contract, the company will continue to provide a wide range of its services, including passport processing, consular support, and visa facilitation.

On 4 December, the company received a substantial order from the State Health Agency – Ayushman Bharat-Pradhanmantri Jan Arogya Yojana, Uttar Pradesh, which is for the processing of Ayushman Cards on the National Health Authority IT platform.

On 27 November, the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) gave the company a contract to conduct a comprehensive data quality check for Aadhaar information. The project is for a period of three years with an extension for another two years, with a revenue potential of around Rs 50 crore.

At 11:49 am, the shares of BLS International Services were trading 7.29% higher at Rs 317.90 on NSE.
