Shares of Brigade Enterprises Ltd were trading in the green and 1% higher on 1 December after the company announced signing a JDA with a land owner. 

In its regulatory filing, the company announced that it has signed a joint development agreement (JDA) with a landowner to build a luxury residential property in Begumpet, Hyderabad, the company announced in an exchange statement on Saturday, 29 November.

Spread across nearly three acres of prime land, the project will offer a development potential of about 0.5 million square feet and is expected to generate revenue of over Rs 800 crore.

Brigade Enterprises plans to build a modern residential community on the site, with homes tailored to the lifestyle and needs of contemporary urban families. The location ensures convenient access to major business districts, social infrastructure, and key transport routes.

With this project, Brigade Enterprises further strengthens its footprint in Hyderabad’s residential real estate market.

Brigade Enterprises reported a 36.5% increase in overall net profit to Rs 163 crore in Q2 FY26, up from Rs 119 crore the previous year.

The company develops residential, commercial, and retail properties primarily in Bengaluru and Mysuru, and also operates serviced apartments under the Brigade Homestead brand.

At 1:31 pm, the shares of Brigade Enterprises were trading 0.45% higher at Rs 899.15 on NSE.
