Bs Ltd, the Hyderabad based integrated power transmission and distribution services provider has announced its plan for the acquisition of synergetic and operative assets from Agarwal Steels Structures India, Durafast Automotive, NHS Metals and Rajesh Sandhi Infras&Metals for Rs 937 crore.
On Thursday, the company said in a BSE filing thatΒ “At an aggregate net consideration of Rs 937 crore, BSΒ Limited proposes to acquire operative businesses from AgarwalΒ Steels Structures India private Limited, Durafast AutomotiveΒ Private Limited, NHS Metals Private Limited and Rajesh SandhiΒ Infras and Metals Private Limited.Β The acquisitions are to beΒ undertaken through slump sale for the respective sellers.”
The Chairman and Managing Director Rajesh Agarwal said,Β “TheΒ proposed acquisitions are expected to benefit the companyΒ through improvement in bidding strength, enhanced cost controlΒ and xpansion into railway electrification under EPC,Β operational and financial synergies and strengthen theΒ foothold of the company in the industry.”
