Capacite Infraprojects Bags Order Worth Rs 575 Crore; Shares Gain 4%

Capacite Infraprojects on 29 August announced that it had received Rs 575 crore order from Rail Vikas Nigam.

The order win is for the Maldives engineering, procurement, and construction project and was awarded to the joint venture between Capacite Infraprojects and Mohan Mutha Exports.

The company said in its regulatory filing that Capacite Infraprojects owns 51% share in the joint venture, and the project is expected to be completed within 18 months from its commencement date.

Capacite Infraprojects Ltd is a construction company that specializes in building and real estate projects and offers general contracting, design, and build services.

The company’s quarterly report for the April-June quarter recorded a 32.14% YoY decrease in its net profit at Rs 19 crore, while the revenue from operations saw a 9.85% YoY decrease to Rs 430 crore.

At 3:30 pm, the shares of Capacite Infraprojects closed at Rs 203.50 or 3.56% above its previous close on NSE.
