Blue Star said that the company has got the fair trade regulator CCI’s approval for merger of Blue Star Infotech and Blue Star Infotech Business Intelligence & Analytics with the company itself.
Blue Star said in a regulatory filing that “the application filed jointly… with the Competition Commission of India for the Scheme of Amalgamation of Blue Star Infotech Ltd and Blue Star Infotech Business Intelligence & Analytics Pvt Ltd with the Company, the Commission in its Meeting held on December 16, 2015 considered the proposed combination and approved the same.”
