China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co Ltd (CCTEB) has entered into partnership with Tulip Infratech, for developing infrastructure and real estate projects in India.
Tulip Infratech and CCTEB will jointly bid and develop projects in India and target an order book of about Rs.20,000 crore in the next 2-3 years.
According to Tulip Infratech CMD Parveen Jain, “We have signed a cooperation agreement with CCTEB to undertake infrastructure and real estate projects.” Further he stated, “We will have 50:50 partnership in each project that the consortium bags, unless there is some other requirement in the bidding process.”
