The Corporate Affairs Ministry has extended the deadline for companies for the submission of their annual returns and financial statements till December 30.
The Ministry said in a circular that “Keeping in view requests received from various stakeholders, it has been decided to relax the additional fees payable on e-forms AOC-4, AOC (CFS) AOC-4 XBRL and MGT-7 up to December 30, 2015, wherever additional fee is applicable”.
It further added that the last date for submitting the filings has also been extended.
The previous deadline to make these filings has ended on November 30.
