Shares of Cyient hit a 52-week high of Rs 1,194.10, up 9% on BSE in intraday trade on Friday on solid trading volumes after the IT firm reported a strong 48.3% year-on-year growth in consolidated revenue jumped to Rs 1,751 crore in the March quarter (Q4FY23) YoY.

The stock was quoted 6% higher at Rs 1,158 at 9:43 am, while the S&P BSE Sensex gained 0.03%. It traded at its highest level since October 2021. Average volumes traded over the counter jumped more than threefold today. A total of 2 million shares were changed on the NSE and BSE.

During the quarter, Cyient won five mega-deals worth over $185 million and achieved 38.4% year-over-year constant currency (CC) growth. Cyient reported group revenue of $213 million, up 8.1% sequentially; on a CC basis, it rose 6.6%.
