Around 3.5 lakh square feet of office space has been leased by the realty major DLF to Samsung India Electronics in its commercial complex at Gurgaon which has been constructed at an estimated cost of over Rs 400 crore.
DLF has completed its premium office complex ‘Two Horizon Center’ that comprises of 11 lakh sq ft area and the office space has been offered both on lease and sale model.
Samsung India Electronics has leased about 3.5 lakh sq ft in this office building for its India headquarters. About 1 lakh sq ft office space has been leased by DLF to some other companies, including in Executive Centre and Corporate Edge office facilities.
