DLF said that Pia Singh, daughter of company’s chairman K P Singh has resigned from the post of whole-time director and will continue as a non-executive member of the board.

As on March 31, Pia Singh had 1.2 percent stake in the company.

DLF said, in a meeting held on May 20, the company’s board has “accepted the resignation of Ms Pia Singh from the position of Whole-time Director. However, she will continue as Non-executive Director on the Board.”

In a BSE filing the company said, the board also appointed A S Minocha as a non-executive Independent Director.
