On Thursday, Dr Reddy’s Laboratories has announced the launch of tablets of cholesterol lowering generic combination drugs Ezetimibe and Simvastatin in the US.
The company is going to launch the Ezetimibe and Simvastatin combination drug, marketed by MSD International, under the brand name Vytorin in the 10 mg/10 mg, 10 mg/20 m, 10 mg/40 mg and 10 mg/80 mg dosage forms.
Dr Reddy’s has been among the first companies to launch the generic Vytorin in the US market.
