Shares of DreamFolks Services Ltd hit the upper circuit at Rs 114.61 on 8th October, after the company announced the launch of its new consumer-facing programme, the DreamFolks Club Memberships, on Tuesday, 7th October, marking its formal entry into the business-to-consumer (B2C) segment.

The launch comes weeks after the company’s exit from the domestic airport lounge aggregation business. This segment previously accounted for over 90% of its revenue.

Unveiled at the Global Fintech Fest 2025 in Mumbai, the memberships are priced between Rs 10,000 and Rs 50,000 annually. They come in three tiers — White, Orange, and Black. The memberships offer access to travel, lifestyle, wellness, and entertainment benefits. These benefits include global lounges, golf lessons, highway dining, OTT subscriptions, and more.

The top-tier Black Membership offers perks worth up to Rs 5 lakh. It features unlimited coffee, access to railway lounges, and annual subscriptions to fitness and OTT services.

Chairperson and MD Liberatha Peter Kallat said the move aims to make lifestyle privileges accessible to a wider audience. It marks a strategic shift towards direct consumer engagement.

She added that the company sees “huge potential” in the new offering. They plan to expand further across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Additionally, they will broaden their non-airport portfolio to include railway and highway lounges, social clubs, and curated lifestyle packages.
