Shares of Dynamatic Technologies Ltd skyrocketed 9% on 8 December after the company announced that it had signed a new arrangement with Dassault Aviation to produce and assemble the whole rear fuselage of the ‘Falcon 6X’ business jet.
Dassault Aviation and Dynamatic Technologies have signed a strategic agreement for the manufacture and assembly of the whole rear fuselage (Section 5) for Dassault’s latest business jet, the ‘Falcon 6X’.
This comes after the business successfully industrialised the jet’s rear fuel tank, which is now in production and being delivered.Β According to a press statement, the agreement enhances the company’s workshare in the ‘Falcon 6X’ program while also supporting Make in India by increasing local aerospace production.
The ‘Falcon 6X’ is renowned worldwide for its excellent range, comfort, and cutting-edge technology. Dassault Aviation’s continuous collaboration with renowned suppliers such as Dynamatic demonstrates its commitment to innovation and manufacturing quality, the company noted.
The company’s priority remains on industrialising secured contracts, expanding manufacturing engineering capabilities, and developing novel airframe assemblies and detailed parts in order to maximise revenue and long-term profitability.
Infrastructure investments, farm mechanisation, GST rate reductions, and government initiatives such as PM Gati Shakti and the Smart Cities Mission all contribute to the Indian hydraulics market’s good outlook. Although European market circumstances remain challenging, the company anticipates that improved domestic demand and localisation efforts will generate a gradual rebound in profitability.
It further stated that the company’s primary goal is to rationalise product lines between Bangalore and Swindon in order to improve cost effectiveness and optimise operations. In the following quarters, the company will focus on increasing aftermarket penetration, implementing value engineering, and optimising processes to increase margins and support long-term growth.
At 1:35 pm, the shares of Dynamic Technologies were trading 516% higher at Rs 8,916 on NSE.
