Edvenswa Enterprises has signed an MoU with Armour1X LLP to jointly develop AI, cybersecurity and deep-tech solutions for enterprise clients.
The MoU was executed on 10 September 2026 and disclosed to the BSE the following day.
The agreement covers a wide technology footprint. It spans AI and generative AI, cybersecurity, cyber-physical security, IoT and intelligent automation.
Under the arrangement, the two companies plan to identify use cases together, build proofs-of-concept, and develop integrated solutions aimed at enterprise, government and institutional customers.
Each side is expected to bring a different piece to the table. Edvenswa’s contribution centres on digital transformation, application engineering, cloud technologies and managed services, the areas where it already has delivery experience.
Armour1X, in turn, brings deep-tech and cybersecurity expertise along with specialist platforms and existing market relationships. Workforce training is a specific focus area.
Both companies intend to design and run capability-building programmes aimed at developing AI and cybersecurity talent, rather than limiting the partnership to technology delivery alone.
There are also plans to explore joint go-to-market efforts once early projects take shape. It’s worth being clear about what this MoU is not.
It creates no fixed revenue commitments, no investment obligations and no minimum purchase requirements for either party.
Any commercial or technical terms for actual projects will be documented separately, on a case-by-case basis, as specific engagements are finalised.
Geographically, the partnership is aimed primarily at India, with scope to expand into international markets where both parties agree it makes sense.
For now, the emphasis stays on building capability and testing the partnership through smaller pilot initiatives before either side commits to anything larger.
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
It was signed by Hima Bindu Dulipala, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Edvenswa Enterprises.
