GirnarSoft that owns auto portals CarDekho.com, Gaadi.com and Zigwheels.com, has acquired a majority stake in Advanced Structures India (ASI) for an undisclosed amount.

The company has said in a statement that Girnarsoft will leverage ASI’s expertise in testing and measurement to significantly improve car search experience on its portfolio of auto sites that will objectively showcase metrics and scores.

However, the financial details has not been disclosed by the company.
