The corporate affairs ministry has launched Central Registration Centre (CRC) to expedite company incorporation related services.

The applications for name availability (INC-1 e-forms), will be taken care by CRC, submitted online across the country and it will process these by the end of the next working day.

The process will engage a three-pronged approach of further automating some of the approval processes through utilizing advance software tools and engines, rationalizing and modifying some of the rules and engaging professionals to expedite the process of manual scrutiny.
