HCL Technologies has concluded its USD 85 million acquisition of Butler America Aerospace.
In October last year, the all cash deal was announced which will strengthen HCL Technologies’ position in the aerospace and defence engineering services space.
HCL has said in a BSE filing that “the acquisition has been completed with effect from January 3, 2017.”
