HCL Infosystems, will be raising Rs. 499.09 crore from its existing shareholders via rights issue.
In a BSE filing, HCL Infosystems Ltd stated that, the rights issue committee of the board has decided to issue equity shares, by way of rights issue to eligible shareholders of the company, for an amount aggregating to Rs.499.09 crore.
Total number of equity shares to be issued is 10,61,90,299. It will be issued at a price of Rs.47, including a premium of Rs.45.
Further, November 1, is fixed as the record date for determining shareholders who will be eligible for applying equity shares in rights issue.
