According to a latest Bank Safety Ranking by ‘The Banker’, the private sector lender HDFC Bank has been ranked as 27th safest bank in the world.
According to a statement, among 250 banks, HDFC Bank has been ranked 27th globally and stood at number 6 in Asia Pacific region.
The ranking is based on the factors like, capital, asset quality, profitability, how the bank funds itself and the risk environment for each bank’s home country.
