Hero Electric Partners with ReadyAssist to Provide Service Support for B2B Customers

Electric two-wheeler maker Hero Electric said on Tuesday it has partnered with roadside assistance firm ReadyAssist to provide service support and annual maintenance to its B2B customers. Hero Electric said in a statement that the program would improve business for B2B customers by increasing customer e-bike uptime and providing fast and efficient service support for fleets deployed in last-mile deliveries.


Commenting on the partnership, Hero Electric CEO Sohinder Gill said: “As a company, our focus has always been on enhancing our after-sales service to ensure a hassle-free experience for our D2C and B2B customers. The focus is on improving and raising awareness about electric vehicles and further encouraging people to use cleaner modes of mobility.” “The two companies earlier announced a partnership to train and upgrade 20,000 electric vehicle technicians across the country.


Vimal Singh SV, Founder and CEO of ReadyAssist, said: “As part of this collaboration, the two companies will invest time and money to build a stronger electric vehicle service network, a technology platform to manage the vehicle service lifecycle, and more. Ultimately The goal is to provide a five-star after-sales service experience.”


Hero Electric said it had signed several partnerships to expand its B2B network and create an ecosystem to drive the country’s electric vehicle transformation. It has leased electric vehicles to last-mile deliveries, logistics aggregators and other e-commerce players.
