Hester Biosciences has posted a 57.14 percent increase in the standalone net profit to Rs 5.5 crore for the quarter ended March 31.
Hester Biosciences has said in a BSE filing that the company had posted a net profit of Rs 3.5 crore in the same quarter last fiscal.
The company’s standalone net sales rose to Rs 28.18 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 23.36 crore in the previous year.
The standalone net profit of the firm for the entire 2015-16 fiscal surged to Rs 19.22 crore as compared with Rs 13.99 crore of previous year.
Whereas standalone net sales for the fiscal increased to Rs 100.89 crore from Rs 90.03 crore of preceding fiscal.
