Hindustan Copper signed a memorandum of understanding(MoU) with National Aluminum Company(Nalco) and Mineral Exploration Corporation Limited(MECL) to enter into joint venture for exploration and sale of minerals.
The MoU has been signed majorly for exploring the possibility to form a joint venture company for exploration of major strategic minerals overseas and sales of minerals in India and other countries for commercial purposes.
